Our core courses include recreational certifications from Basic SCUBA to Masterdiver and the leadership courses Divemaster, Assistant Instructor and Instructor!. Among the many specialty courses offered you will find Underwater Environment, NITROX, Rescue, Wreck and several more. Safety is number one! Our classes never run with more than eight students. One or more qualified assistants are present at every pool and open water session. We have the best student - teacher ratio that can be found. Our teaching assistants are all, at a minimum, trained in Diving Rescue, CPRfpr, First Aid, and Oxygen Administration. The class dive gear is always in top condition and maintained regularly. To support our local diving classes we run our Coast Guard inspected vessel. The Silver Dolphin is a 34' Thompson Trawler, diving charter boat out of the Norwalk Seaport. We visit several sites from shallow lighthouse dives to deep wreck dives. Our dive boat is outfitted with all of the best safety equipment and high tech electronics including radar, sonar, GPS and cell phone. Every trip runs with a US Coast Guard licensed captain and qualified Divemasters for your safety and convenience. Recreational and private charters are available on a regular schedule as well. For those who don't care to complete their open water training in the local waters we offer Florida and Caribbean trips. All of our trips are led by certified Instructors and Divemasters. The prices are extremely competitive. Our extended weekend Floridas trips, Wednesday evening to Sunday, include airfare, hotel and three two tank dive trips with tanks and weight.
