Sub Aqua Dive Center Silberstein in Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz Island is the German-speaking dive center in the Galapagos Islands. We are a PADI Resort, the first of its kind in Galapagos. The building for our office has not been completed yet. For that reason we are temporarily situated in an adjoining room at Hotel Silberstein. The facilities with equipment and compressors are situated outside the hotel facilities, just a few meters away.
The facilities for rental equipment, personal equipment of our dive guests as well as tanks and compressors consist of three large well ventilated and lockable rooms. Furthermore, two basins with fresh water for rinsing the equipment are available. There are as well two bathrooms with toilet for changing and showering.
As these rooms are situated in a big garden, there is the possibility to relax and to have a cool drink after an adventurous day of diving. Our Dive Center is operated in cooperation with „SUB AQUA", to ensure safer, more relaxing and high quality diving for our dive guests and to be constantly up to date with the worldwide dive activities. „
