From March through June is Whale Shark season in Belize! We are also based on an island where the Hawksbill turtles nest so between June-September our guests may be lucky enough to witness this. Come dive with us from August through December and experience the baby turtles hatching and making their first journey to the ocean, a very emotional sight! We also have the amazing phenomena that is "String of Pearls" which can be witnessed on night dives 2-7 days after the full moon, every month. It is incredible and I believe unique to Southern Belize.

Experienced divers, people who want to learn to dive and non divers are welcome…. everyone contributes. The Directors have worked on and developed a wide variety of marine conservation projects. One is a PADI Open Water Instructor and the other a Divemaster. They have dived in many places throughout the world including: The Red Sea, Honduras, Mexico, Columbia, Thailand, The Maldives, Florida, Costa Rica, South Africa, Lake Malawi, Western and Eastern Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, the Galapagos and of course Belize.
ReefCI are a member of an international organisation called Reef Check which is a simple data collection methodology that can be utilised by recreational divers. Reef Check has a presence in more than 82 countries around the world with an aim to obtain a global synoptic assessment of human impacts upon coral reefs.
ReefCI are a recognized Project Aware Eco-Operator and participate in both Project Aware's Coral Watch and Whale Shark programmes.
